Filling out the digital consultation form below can help fast track you into my schedule and gives me a more detailed understanding of your current hair and goals. Not mandatory, but it helps me out :)

1. For the day of your appointment, please come with your hair styled down and curly as best as you can.

2. Please NO top knots, ponytails, buns or braids.

3. Please bring a photo of your products so we can discuss at home maintenance and care.
